Najbardziej znudzony porównaniami do HAIM zespół w 2016 r., czyli MUNA. Dwie piosenki w setce, trzecia była blisko.

Przyznam, że stworzenie tego topu nie było łatwym zadaniem. Trudności miały obiektywny charakter - w przypadku niedawnego zestawienia dotyczącego 2015 r. wiedziałem już, co z tego okresu spodobało mi się z dużym opóźnieniem. Teraz musiałem opierać się wyłącznie na nieco ponad pięćdziesięciu notowaniach prywatnej listy przebojów.

Brak rankingu ulubionych singli i płyt 2015 r. mocno mnie uwierał, dlatego postanowiłem przygotować go przynajmniej jako ciekawostkę przy okazji kolejnego podsumowania. Starałem się, aby wyglądał tak, jak wyglądałby 12 miesięcy temu.

2016 already birthed few great albums (Wild Nothing, our Polish Rebeka, The Temper Trap, Blossoms, Roosevelt, recently Francis and the Lights) but the bar has been raised especially for two girls already wrote about: Shura and Salt Ashes. It's usually hard for my favorites to meet my expectations but Salt Ashes the LP delivers: it is very sparkly, groovy and passionate. This album proves that consistent disco/electro long plays are still a thing.
